The goal was to create an apartment interior for rental — interesting and fully equipped to provide everything future tenants might need, yet simple enough for easy maintenance. A color palette that doesn’t overwhelm the space was used, visually opening up the apartment. Being a small-sized unit, the focus was on maximizing the use of every corner.
