This interior design project was developed for a rental apartment located in the heart of Novi Sad. The primary goal was to maximize the available space while creating an interior that is visually appealing, functional, and comfortable.
Although the apartment has a compact layout, it was thoughtfully designed to create a space filled with warmth, character, and a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of contemporary design and practical solutions enhances the property's appeal, making it more attractive to potential tenants and contributing to faster and more consistent occupancy.
As the apartment owner lives on another continent, she entrusted our team with the complete execution of the project on a turnkey basis. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2027.
